Shipping

Shipping within metro manila 1-3 days, outside manila 5-15 days. Proof of receipts will be send out by our team for shipping confirmation of orders. For any case there will be delays of orders or customer did not receive their orders please immediately send an email to shipping@antidramabrand.com

Due to our high product demand, Sometimes shipping may take longer than the stated dates. There are instances that we can't control delays such as unforeseen events such as typhoons, calamity, epidemic, and other acts of gods. 

International Shipping

We don't do international shipping, we are still looking for a more cheap and reliable courier. 

Return Policy

Your orders are considered as final once check out. If ever you want to change it you need to immediately contact us within 2 days and don't forget to save the order number for quick look up of your orders information. Change of orders depends on the availability of the products. If you receive damage items we are willing to replace the items as long as you will immediately contact us within 7 days after you receive your order. The replacement still depends on the availability of the items.

Please be mindful in placing your information especially for the shipping address. We are not accountable if the items will be shipped to incorrect address. If you need to update your shipping address please contact us within 48 hours for immediate assistance.
